When you fill out a quote request or contact form, call or text us, schedule service, or use our customer portal, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, ZIP code, and details about your pest problem or property. If you pay for services online, we also collect the payment information needed to process your payment. We refer to this as “Customer Information.”

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we also collect information about the pages you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this as “Device Information.”

SMS & MOBILE INFORMATION

Mantis Pest Solutions may use the mobile phone number you provide to send appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, customer care messages, and promotional messages when you have separately consented to receive them. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use Customer Information to:

  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, send you information about our services and promotions.

We use Device Information to help screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address) and, more generally, to improve and optimize the Site. For example, we generate analytics about how visitors browse and interact with the Site and assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information only as described in this policy. We may share it with service providers who help us run our business, such as scheduling, payment processing, customer service, and website hosting providers.
