One of the best and most cost effective ways to eliminate and even prevent termite infestations is to do termite baiting programs. Whether you want to eliminate an existing infestation, or prevent a future termite colony from infesting your home in the future, baiting is the way to go. It is both cost effective and highly effective in eliminating and preventing unwanted termites. A baiting program also comes with the ability to extend the warranty out into the future by keeping up with the annual warranty plan, which is discounted if you maintain your regular pest service with Mantis.
Just like a baiting program a liquid program can be used both for an existing termite infestation as well as a preventative treatment. The one downside to a baiting program is the 10% of the exterior of the home that you cannot cover with bait stations. This 10% is of course the concrete porch areas in the front and back, and the drive-way. Many people augment their bait program with a 10% additional liquid treatment or more depending on need. Liquid treatment is also a highly effective treatment for the entire home and can be applied inside the home and outside the home. Indeed some termite issues can only be treated with liquid applications because of where the termites show up around your home. Your Mantis Professional will help prescribe the best service that fits your home's needs. Liquid treatments also have the ability to extend the warranty after the first year by paying for an annual warranty fees, which may also be discounted if you maintain your regular pest service with Mantis.
Termite Baiting & Liquid Program
Many Mantis customers chose to do a hybrid service where they get the exterior of their home protected by bait stations, and the concrete portions protected by liquid. All three options work, and all come with limited to full warranty availability based upon your area of treatment coverage.
Partial Treatments Available
If you are only wanting to treat a small area where the termites have come up, we can do that as well. We call this a spot treatment and we do it all the time. Warranties are also available and of course would be limited to the area treated.
